At the heart of AKO Vision stands an extraordinary Jury Circle - a carefully curated group of respected professionals whose lives and careers reflect the very values that AKO seeks to celebrate.
These are individuals known not only for what they have achieved, but for how they have achieved it.
Their role is not merely to evaluate. It is to listen, reflect, deliberate, and help identify institutions whose work deserves acknowledgement.
Because education deserves to be viewed through multiple lenses - academic, developmental, ethical, social, and human.
“Not Every School Will Be Invited. Not Every Invitation Will Become a Citation,”
-Anjali Gupta, Founder, AKO Vision Ethical Education Awards.
Participation in the AKO Vision Awards begins with a carefully curated invitation process.
Selected schools will embark on a unique journey of reflection, engagement, dialogue, and discovery before the final jury deliberations.
Invited schools will undergo an intensive selection process designed to explore not only achievements, but also intent, culture, leadership, innovation, student voice, and ethical practice.
The AKO Jury Circle will engage in multiple rounds of review and deliberation before arriving at its final decisions.
And yes...There may even be a surprise element along the way.
The journey culminates in the Annual AKO Vision Confluence - a full-day gathering of educators, school leaders, students, experts, and thought leaders.
The Confluence will feature:
The day concludes with the AKO Vision Ethical Awards Ceremony, where selected institutions are recognized for exemplary educational practices and ethical leadership.
Recognition at AKO is not applied for.
It is earned through participation, reflection, and thoughtful deliberation.
AKO Vision is not merely about recognition.
It is about creating a community of schools committed to meaningful education, responsible leadership, and ethical practice.
Because some journeys deserve to be celebrated.
And some conversations deserve to be remembered.
